If it's a defect, we'll make it right.
If your Gentle Wuff gear shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace your product at no cost to you. If we cannot resolve the defect, we will replace the item or issue a refund equal to the purchase price at the time of your order.
This warranty applies to purchases made directly from GentleWuff.com or from an authorized Gentle Wuff retailer. It is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including natural breakdown of fabrics, buckles, or colors over time
- Damage from chewing, scratching, or other pet-related behavior
- Damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or improper care (e.g., not following cleaning instructions)
- Damage caused by commercial use (e.g., daycare, boarding, training facility use)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold/used items
- Dissatisfaction with product functionality, style, or aesthetics
- Damage caused by storage in damp/harsh conditions or exposure to extreme environments
- Modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Gentle Wuff

How to file a claim
Confirm your window
Our gear carries a 3-year limited warranty, starting from the day it was purchased. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Fill out the claim form
Tell us who you are, what you ordered, and what went wrong. If your order included multiple items, submit a separate claim for each product with an issue.
We review and make it right
If the defect is covered, we'll replace your product at no cost. If we can't resolve it, we'll replace the item or refund the purchase price at the time of your order.

This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, written or oral, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, the duration of which is limited to this 3-year period. In no event will Gentle Wuff or its retailers, dealers, distributors, or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages relating to the product or its use. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. The term "new" refers exclusively to products in brand-new condition, unused, unopened, and in original packaging as supplied by Gentle Wuff — open-box, refurbished, resold, or previously used items are not covered.
